Schedule: Discussion and
visualization to answer how to use the applications and how to avoid
some of the frustrations you may encounter in their use. How to
use the many tools found in each of the applications to help you
achieve the results you have envisioned. The SIG is an open forum type of meeting
discussing any questions about the applications. No question is
too basic and will be answered to the best of the abilities available
from the group. If there are questions needing pre-session research,
please send them to Bob Graham

Our first PLCC SIG for 2010 is the Office SIG – January 4th –
Bay Club – Class Room – 10:30am to Noon.
Bring your questions, frustrations and insight about the Microsoft
Office (also Open Office) and we will do our best to answer, calm
and absorb in respective order. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
are wonderful tools to help us in our daily challenges, but it does require
the effort to learn how to use these wonderful tools.
Our goal is not to overpower you with information but to expand our
knowledge base at a reasonable pace. Ask questions and don’t be afraid
to ask them again. And, remember, there is no such thing as too basic
a question.
Come and share in the learning process.
See you there!!

Questions about Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Publisher
would be appreciated regarding the ‘How do I…’ or

will do our best to resolve these issues.
If you have not sent your Holiday letters yet and
want to include added decoration in the spirit of
the season, we will be demonstrating how to
accomplish said task. Inserting pertinent pictures
also add the personal touch to your letters. We
will show this process also.
Come and share in the learning process.
